It is considerd to be the best of the series, and it' s certainly the best selling part of the Final Fantasy series. This game is the first Final Fantasy in 3d, and it' s also the first release since Final Fantasy 1, that is not made for Nintendo. Instead they released Final Fantasy VII on the Playstation 1, with, for that time, revolutionary graphics.
